About the Role
You will plan and analyze data-driven projects that increase trading activity. You will examine customer journeys, identify key audience segments and early signs of dormancy or churn, and evaluate event and service performance. You will establish and validate exchange policies through correlation analysis, build KPI dashboards, and automate analysis, reporting, and dashboard work using AI tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of practical data analysis experience
- Experience analyzing project, service, or marketing performance from a business-impact perspective
- Experience designing and logically analyzing A/B tests
- Experience identifying issues, deriving improvements, and analyzing results through data analysis
- Ability to use AI to accelerate analysis and validate data consistency
