About the Role

You will design, build, test, deploy, and maintain data pipelines, ingestion components, data models, and workflow orchestration. You will use Python, SQL, and Snowflake to improve data quality, reliability, observability, and production support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience building and supporting enterprise data pipelines, platforms, or data-intensive applications.
• Strong Python development skills, including testing, logging, error handling, Git, peer review, and CI/CD.
• Advanced SQL and hands-on Snowflake experience.
• Experience with data workflows, data warehousing, data modeling, and dimensional and historical data design.
• Experience with distributed data analytics engines, APIs, data formats, event streaming, messaging, and Azure or AWS cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain data pipelines and reusable ingestion and transformation components.
• Develop scalable data models and ELT transformations using advanced SQL.
• Develop and operate workflow orchestration frameworks for data and batch processing.
• Implement data-quality checks, reconciliation, lineage, alerting, monitoring, and failure handling.
• Build reusable, tested solutions and improve engineering productivity through automation.
• Translate requirements into dependable end-to-end solutions with stakeholders.
• Diagnose production issues and modernize existing data pipelines.
