About the Role

You will build and operate GTM data products that combine internal and external sources into trusted, current company intelligence. You will model and normalize data, implement identity resolution, define canonical attributes, deliver data to CRM systems, and build observability, quality, security, and access controls.

Requirements

• Experience building and operating production data pipelines and data models.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with modern transformation and orchestration tooling on a cloud data warehouse.
• Experience with record matching, deduplication, and reconciling conflicting data.
• Familiarity with GTM data and CRM systems.
• Experience evaluating data sources, defining data with business partners, and making data-quality decisions.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Regular hands-on use of AI tools in engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate, model, and normalize first-party and third-party data.
• Build and maintain identity and entity resolution.
• Build a canonical data layer with shared definitions, sourcing logic, provenance, and freshness.
• Develop scores, signals, and AI-generated attributes for GTM teams.
• Deliver data intelligence to CRM and other business systems.
• Design observability, data quality, cost, security, and access controls.
• Partner with GTM process owners on definitions and tradeoffs.
• Make the platform reusable for other teams.
