About the Role
You will lead measurement, experimentation, and decision science for B2B demand generation. You will define funnel metrics, assess campaign and channel performance, design causal measurement strategies, improve marketing data foundations, and build AI-enabled decision-support workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a quantitative role supporting B2B marketing, demand generation, pipeline growth, or go-to-market motions
- Expertise in experimentation, causal inference, applied statistics, incrementality testing, and multi-touch marketing measurement
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience analyzing marketing-platform, web analytics, product, CRM, account, opportunity, and revenue data
- Understanding of B2B funnel mechanics, account-based buying journeys, attribution, instrumentation, pipeline, and revenue
- Experience using LLMs, agents, and modern AI tools for analysis and experimentation
Responsibilities
- Define north-star, leading, and guardrail metrics for B2B demand generation
- Design and execute measurement and experimentation strategies across channels and campaigns
- Analyze channel, audience, campaign, creative, content, and account-segment performance
- Improve instrumentation, campaign taxonomy, CRM data quality, and lead-to-account matching
- Build AI-native measurement and decision-support workflows using LLMs and agents
