About the Role

You will own the business development pipeline end-to-end. You will source and qualify asset listings across protocol versions and target networks, evaluate chain deployment opportunities, and structure incentive packages including grants and token incentives. You will lead commercial negotiations with issuers and foundations, close agreements, and hand off deals to execution. You will represent the growth function at ecosystem events and in bilateral conversations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in business development or partnerships in DeFi
• Existing network among chain foundations, asset issuers, and ecosystem funds
• Understanding of DeFi lending mechanics, token incentive structures, and governance processes
• Ability to build and present clear commercial proposals independently
• Comfortable operating in asynchronous on-chain native environments

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify new asset listings for Aave v3 and v4 across active and target networks
• Identify and qualify new chain deployment opportunities
• Lead commercial negotiations with asset issuers and chain foundations for listings and deployments
• Structure incentive packages including grants, token incentives, and co-marketing
• Manage the BD pipeline from first contact through signed agreements and handoff to execution
• Represent growth at ecosystem events, summits, and bilateral conversations
