Senior Influencer Growth Manager

About the Role

You will build and scale influencer marketing from scratch and take full ownership of performance, economics, and growth. You will source and vet creators, negotiate and launch partnerships, analyze performance, and scale successful collaborations. You will design and test deal types, optimize creatives and funnels, and collaborate with content and distribution to maximize reach and conversions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance driven influencer or affiliate marketing
  • Track record of delivering measurable ROI
  • Experience scaling campaigns and building repeatable acquisition strategies
  • Strong negotiation and partnership management skills
  • Experience working with performance based models (CPA, rev share)
  • Ability to optimize cost efficiency (e.g. CPM) while maintaining quality
  • Strong content intuition and ability to guide creators with clear briefs
  • Solid understanding of user funnels and conversion mechanics
  • Experience working with international markets
  • Fluent English (C1+)
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions and take ownership
  • Nice to have: experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, betting or creator economy
  • Nice to have: experience with LATAM markets (Spanish, Portuguese)
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Telegram and global creator or info product ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale influencer marketing as a revenue driving channel
  • Own full cycle of influencer partnerships including sourcing and vetting creators
  • Negotiate partnerships and launch integrations
  • Analyze performance and scale successful collaborations
  • Drive ROMI, CAC and revenue contribution
  • Structure and test different deal types including CPA, rev share and hybrid models
  • Identify scalable approaches and long term partnerships
  • Collaborate with content and distribution teams to maximize reach and performance
  • Continuously test and optimize creatives, formats and funnels
