About the Role

You will own the full growth funnel from awareness to active trading volume. You will design and run acquisition experiments across organic and paid channels, develop content driven growth using real trading data, and identify high-value onchain user segments. You will work with product and engineering to improve onboarding, activation, and retention flows, build community and developer relations, and measure CAC LTV and payback by channel, iterating weekly to optimize unit economics.

Requirements

• Onchain user acquisition experience
• Deep knowledge of Hyperliquid or ability to learn it rapidly
• Proven social growth playbook for X YouTube and Reddit
• Technical fluency with autonomous agents trading strategies and execution infrastructure
• Strong analytics orientation with experience measuring CAC LTV activation and retention
• Experience operating independently in an early stage growth role

Responsibilities

• Own the full acquisition funnel from awareness to active trading volume
• Build and execute growth across organic and paid channels
• Develop content strategies using open-source skills leaderboard and arena results
• Identify and activate high-value onchain user segments
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape onboarding activation and retention
• Build community and developer relations on GitHub Discord and Telegram
• Own CAC LTV and payback economics by channel and user segment
• Track report and iterate on growth metrics weekly
