You will turn complex technical ideas into clear, impactful content and build audience engagement across social and developer channels. You will own the content strategy, calendar, and distribution; create viral X threads, blogs, documentation, videos, and memes; drive organic audience growth; monitor Web3 trends; and measure performance to optimize content.
Requirements
- Crisp clear writing and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Ability to quickly grasp deep technical ideas and make them digestible
- Proven experience creating viral content with examples or a portfolio
- Familiarity with Telegram and X
- Self-starter mindset with an understanding of community culture
- Data-driven approach and ability to measure content performance
- Portfolio of high-performing crypto or Web3 content (preferred)
- Public speaking or stage presence (preferred)
- Understanding of blockchain scaling and cryptographic protocols (preferred)
- Experience writing developer or research-oriented technical documentation (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the content strategy, calendar, and distribution
- Translate complex technical ideas into engaging copy and visual content for X, Telegram, Discord, blogs, newsletters, and technical documentation
- Translate vision, roadmap, and updates into digestible and shareable content
- Drive audience growth through organic strategies, performance insights, and content partnerships
- Monitor Web3 trends, memes, and narratives and leverage them creatively
- Help shape the broader go-to-market strategy
