Requirements
- 5+ years of performance marketing, growth, or marketing engineering experience at a consumer SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or DTC company.
- Experience owning and delivering growth targets.
- Experience shipping autonomous production systems that improve over time.
- Experience writing high-performing copy and producing creative.
- Ability to build, defend, and update attribution models tied to incremental business outcomes.
- Fluency with LLMs, no-code or low-code tools, agents, evaluations, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience running rapid, low-cost experiments.
- Hands-on execution experience.
Responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition strategy, targeting, budgets, creative briefs, and measurement.
- Design and ship AI-native growth systems and workflows.
- Write, produce, and test direct-response hooks, scripts, landing-page copy, and creative.
- Oversee SEO and content with agency and in-house partners.
- Partner with lifecycle marketing on reactivation, retargeting, and engagement.
- Define, defend, and update the attribution model.
- Own full-funnel growth outcomes.
