About the Role
Lead and develop senior product managers in the Commercial Risk and Platform Fraud group, set the strategic product vision, balance automated solutions with operational support, guide regulatory strategy, and align technical, commercial, risk, and operations stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Progression into product leadership roles
- Experience launching and evolving complex products across the product lifecycle
- Experience hiring, managing, and developing product managers
- Analytical and metrics-driven decision-making
- Understanding of revenue drivers, costs, and portfolio management
- Conceptual understanding of machine learning, AI, and data-science models
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the strategic product vision
- Balance pricing strategy, revenue drivers, and costs
- Direct, coach, and develop product managers
- Define actionable use cases with engineering and partner teams
- Choose between automated technical solutions and operational support
- Lead product strategy for Commercial Risk and Platform Fraud
- Partner with Compliance, Regulatory, and Operations teams
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Commercial, Risk, and Operations
- Set product clarity and prioritization standards
