About the Role
Prepare and review securities reports and other disclosure documents. Create and manage financial reporting materials, coordinate with auditors, prepare consolidated financial statements, collect financial information from group companies, and maintain internal-control documentation. Improve accounting policies and business processes.
Requirements
- Experience preparing and reviewing securities reports, including overall consistency and consolidation
- Experience preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements
- Knowledge or experience creating, operating, and managing internal-control documentation
- CPA qualification, Bookkeeping Level 2 qualification, or equivalent knowledge and practical experience
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- English proficiency to write and read emails
