About the Role
Join PayPay's corporate strategy division to drive important cross-group projects as a PMO and program manager. Translate strategies and policies into execution plans, coordinate decision-making across departments and group companies, visualize progress and issues, drive resolution, redesign resources and priorities, promote AI and operational efficiency initiatives, build standardized project mechanisms, and participate in launching a new organizational function.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of combined experience in company-wide project promotion across multiple organizations in industries with diverse business domains such as financial institutions, general trading companies, or IT
- Experience in PMI of group companies
- Communication skills and negotiation skills to involve multiple stakeholders
- Preferred: experience in corporate planning or management control at an operating company
- Preferred: project management experience at a consulting firm
- Preferred: experience identifying issues and improving initiatives using data
- Preferred: business experience in English, including reading, writing, and conversation
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-group projects as PMO and manage their progress
- Translate strategies and policies into execution plans
- Coordinate across multiple departments and group companies and support decision making
- Visualize project progress and issues and drive their resolution
- Redesign and propose resources and priorities as needed
- Promote group-wide initiatives such as AI utilization and operational efficiency
- Build mechanisms for project standardization and reproducibility
