About the Role

You will evolve brand documentation, design systems, and guidelines; create visual and motion assets; shape creative solutions with stakeholders; communicate concepts through references and storyboards; and own multiple projects from concept to delivery.

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience as a graphic or brand designer
Experience building and evolving brand systems
Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking creativity and polished execution across visual motion editorial digital and social formats
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
Ability to lead design projects independently
Ability to mentor and coordinate designers motion specialists or 3D artists
Sound judgement and confidence influencing stakeholders and creative direction
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Develop and evolve brand documentation
Maintain design systems and brand guidelines
Create visual and motion assets across channels
Partner with product marketing and cross functional stakeholders
Create references mood boards scamps storyboards and animatics
Own projects from concept through delivery
Manage priorities and deadlines across parallel workstreams
Mentor and coordinate other designers specialists and artists
