About the Role

You will rotate across multiple departments over a six-month graduate programme, spending time in Operations, Programme Management, Marketing, and Business Development. You will take on real responsibility in departmental projects, complete a two-hour take-home research case, attend interviews, and be prepared for a full-time managerial role with a salary increase on successful completion. You will work from the London office most days and receive equipment and development support.

Requirements

• Recent or upcoming graduate
• Proven academic track record (2:1 or above from a leading university)
• Evidence of atypical achievement beyond degree (eg extracurriculars projects jobs while studying)
• Strong social abilities and people skills with comfort speaking to others
• Clear and focused motivation to join the role
• Demonstrable interest in Web3 encouraged but not required
• Based in London (office location)

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Operations Programme Management Marketing and Business Development over a six-month programme
• Contribute to departmental projects and take on substantial responsibility
• Participate in structured or informal development placements tailored to your strengths
• Complete a two-hour take-home research case study and attend staged interviews
