About the Role

YOU will orchestrate the day to day operations for the Managing Director by keeping calendars organized, coordinating travel, and ensuring timely completion of finance and operations cadences. YOU will draft and edit internal communications and briefing documents and support special projects with proactive coordination. You will handle confidential information with discretion and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in Finance or Operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive business information with discretion.
• Comfort working with financial documents, operational reports, and business data at a summary level.
• Proficiency with modern productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or equivalents).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Managing Director's calendar across Operations and Finance, including prioritization and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process related expenses promptly.
• Prepare for recurring finance and operational cadences such as monthly All Hands, budget cycles, and operational reviews.
• Draft and edit internal communications, presentations, and briefing documents.
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives, providing coordination and follow-through.
