About the Role

You will diagnose complex operational and regulatory challenges and drive solutions to completion. You will build and own frameworks for outsourcing and risk including performance management and risk assessment. You will coordinate delivery across legal, product, and operations. You will design and implement scalable operational controls, vendor due diligence pipelines, risk monitoring, and agentic automation using RAG and reasoning systems.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to solve problems
• Ruthless prioritisation and strong project management skills
• Proven track record designing and maintaining scalable governance processes across operations and product
• Collaborative team player
• Based in France

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex operational and regulatory challenges and drive solutions to completion
• Build and own frameworks to manage inter-group outsourcing services, including performance management and risk assessment
• Coordinate delivery across legal, product, and operations to execute product initiatives
• Design and implement scalable operational controls including vendor due diligence pipelines, risk monitoring, and service performance using RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and automation
