You will diagnose complex operational and regulatory challenges and drive solutions to completion. You will build and own frameworks for outsourcing and risk including performance management and risk assessment. You will coordinate delivery across legal, product, and operations. You will design and implement scalable operational controls, vendor due diligence pipelines, risk monitoring, and agentic automation using RAG and reasoning systems.

- Proven track record designing and maintaining scalable governance processes across operations and product

Responsibilities

- Coordinate delivery across legal, product, and operations to execute product initiatives
- Design and implement scalable operational controls including vendor due diligence pipelines, risk monitoring, and service performance using RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and automation
