About the Role
You will manage global equity-plan operations and develop scalable, compliant processes for grants, exercises, reconciliations, payroll integration, tax withholding, reporting, and employee support. You will document operating procedures and help prepare equity operations for public-company requirements.
Requirements
- Certified Equity Professional designation
- 8+ years of equity administration, stock plan management, or related experience
- Knowledge of stock options and RSUs
- Experience with Shareworks
- Payroll integration and tax-withholding process expertise
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex equity concepts
- Project management experience
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Modeling experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee equity plan operations, grant processing, option exercises, cancellations, and cap-table management
- Optimize equity transaction processes for accuracy and compliance
- Manage monthly equity reconciliations and reporting
- Lead demographic and payroll-system integrations
- Implement automated tax-rate calculation and payroll-integration processes
- Provide employee and manager guidance on equity programs
- Execute equity tax calculations, withholding, and reporting
- Develop equity tax policies and procedures
- Document standard operating procedures for equity operations
- Create processes supporting public-company requirements
