About the Role
You will lead Finance Systems strategy, architecture, implementation, and ongoing evolution. You will own the ERP and financial-systems roadmap, redesign finance processes before automation, establish a finance data architecture and AI roadmap, embed controls into workflows, and lead cross-functional transformation programs.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes, technology, data, and systems.
- Knowledge of financial close, revenue recognition, inventory accounting, financial planning, integrations, data architecture, APIs, master data, security, and system design.
- 10+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Accounting Systems, Finance Transformation, Enterprise Applications, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years leading teams, major systems programs, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Experience with enterprise ERP and financial platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday.
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Finance Systems strategy and operating model.
- Own the Finance functional architecture and roadmap for ERP and related financial systems.
- Redesign finance processes and lead automation across core finance workflows.
- Develop an AI-forward finance roadmap and reliable finance data architecture.
- Embed financial controls into system design and business workflows.
- Lead cross-functional finance technology and transformation programs through implementation and adoption.
