About the Role
You will administer equity-plan activities and maintain accurate records across equity, HRIS, payroll, and finance systems. You will prepare reports and analyses, support employees and vendors, manage compliance activities, and improve equity administration processes and systems.
Requirements
- Experience in stock plan administration, equity compensation, share plan operations, or a related field
- Experience administering employee equity plans in a multinational or publicly traded company environment
- Knowledge of stock options, RSUs, RSAs, performance awards, vesting schedules, exercises, and employee share plans
- Experience preparing operational reports and analysing equity data

Responsibilities
- Administer equity plan activities including grants, vesting events, exercises, releases, transfers, and terminations
- Maintain employee equity records and data integrity across systems
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc equity reports
- Support equity reconciliations, expense reporting, forecasting, and audits
- Manage the equity operations mailbox and employee enquiries
- Draft employee communications and educational materials
- Ensure compliance with securities regulations, insider trading requirements, and governance standards
- Identify and implement equity administration process improvements
- Support Workday and equity-platform enhancement projects
