About the Role
You will own global immigration, relocation, and expatriate matters. You will design and implement mobility policies, manage immigration and relocation vendors, and guide employees and their families through cross-border moves. You will build AI-enabled self-service guidance, case-management tools, and metrics while maintaining privacy and compliance boundaries.
Requirements
- In-house global mobility or immigration experience
- Experience building or scaling an in-house mobility function at a high-growth technology company
- Experience managing immigration and relocation cases end-to-end, including visa filings, exceptions, and escalations
- Experience designing mobility policies and frameworks and executing individual cases
- Experience managing relocation companies and immigration law firms, including service-level agreements and performance evaluation
- Experience using AI or automation to improve operations or employee experience
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and improve relocation and mobility policies for international hires and internal transfers
- Support relocating employees and their families through cross-border transitions
- Manage relationships with immigration counsel and relocation vendors
- Partner with People Ops, Legal, Finance, Talent, and leadership on workforce planning, location strategy, and risk mitigation
- Build personalized, multilingual employee guidance using AI
- Create internal copilots and checklists for case management, document quality, and exception handling
- Measure mobility outcomes and continuously improve the employee journey
- Maintain privacy and compliance boundaries for AI-enabled mobility processes
