About the Role
You will drive global HR technology and process transformation initiatives, manage PMO delivery, redesign and automate HR workflows, establish system governance, coordinate global rollouts, manage risks and controls, and lead change management and adoption across countries and HR teams.
Requirements
- Experience delivering HR transformation, HR technology, digital transformation, or enterprise systems programs at Manager or Senior Manager level
- Project and program management experience
- PMO experience across complex cross-functional initiatives
- Understanding of HR systems, processes, and employee lifecycle workflows
- Experience partnering with technical teams
- Workflow automation, digitalization, or AI-enabled transformation experience
- Experience with system governance, access management, controls, or data privacy
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams
Responsibilities
- Drive global HR technology and process transformation initiatives
- Translate strategic priorities into implementation plans and milestones
- Manage PMO and delivery activities for HR systems initiatives
- Manage project timelines, actions, risks, and stakeholder decisions
- Coordinate global system rollouts, UAT, defect tracking, cutover, launch, and stabilization
- Partner with Engineering to incorporate HR requirements and controls into product delivery
- Simplify, standardize, and automate HR workflows
- Develop and maintain HR system governance frameworks
- Maintain change-control, documentation, and governance standards
- Support automation and AI-enabled HR processes
- Drive change management, communication, training, and rollout support
