About the Role
You will develop hiring strategies for software and ML engineers and consult with research leadership on workforce needs. You will automate recruiting workflows, lead structured interviews, improve recruiting systems and processes, analyze funnel data, mentor recruiters, maintain a high hiring bar, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Track record hiring software engineers, ML engineers, or specialized technical talent
- Experience recruiting for autonomy, robotics, defense, embedded systems, or Physical AI
- Business partnership and stakeholder-influence skills using data and insights
- Ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies for software and ML engineers
- Partner with research leadership and stakeholders on hiring needs, team design, and talent strategy
- Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to automate recruiting workflows
- Lead structured interview processes
- Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes
- Provide data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill
- Mentor and enable other recruiters
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen the external talent brand
- Maintain a high hiring bar
