About the Role

You will execute and improve generalist HR routines and initiatives, serving as a point of contact for recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, benefits, leave, offboarding, internal events, communications, engagement, policies, development programs, documentation, and HR compliance.

Requirements

  • Completed or ongoing degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field
  • At least three years of generalist Human Resources experience across recruitment, development, climate, culture, internal communications, and personnel administration
  • Proven experience conducting competency-based interviews
  • Operational autonomy and ability to prioritize independently
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication
  • Ability to build processes, controls, and documentation from scratch
  • Experience supporting internal events, engagement campaigns, and climate communications
  • Experience in technology companies, startups, or growing environments

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including alignment with leaders, screening, competency-based interviews, feedback, and onboarding
  • Structure and improve the company's competency-based interview model
  • Support the employee lifecycle, including hiring, changes, benefits, leave, and offboarding
  • Organize and support internal events, communications, and climate and engagement initiatives
  • Participate in creating and applying internal policies, recognition programs, and development paths
  • Create and maintain controls, policies, and internal documentation
  • Support personnel administration routines and interface with Finance on contractor hiring, benefits, documents, hiring, and terminations
  • Ensure governance, organization, and compliance in HR processes
  • Contribute to culture rituals, internal communications, and continuous improvements
