About the Role
You will advise employees, candidates, Talent Acquisition, People teams, and stakeholders on global mobility. You will design mobility processes, manage immigration and relocation vendors, maintain compliance records, develop policies and playbooks, and provide data-driven insights that improve the employee lifecycle and experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in mobility, People processes, onboarding, and offboarding
- Experience scaling a mobility function or building policies and processes
- Ability to manage concurrent confidential deadline-driven transactions
- Precision and care in process management
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex immigration questions clearly
Responsibilities
- Serve as a mobility subject matter expert and consultant
- Design and execute mobility processes and plans
- Coordinate with Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement stakeholders
- Manage immigration, relocation, tax, and destination-service vendors
- Own documentation and record-keeping for acquired entities and populations
- Provide data-driven insights to improve policies and programs
- Build scalable mobility playbooks, frameworks, and policies
