About the Role

You lead EMEA immigration matters across the case lifecycle, prepare ILR applications, coordinate business travel visas, advise employees and managers, maintain right-to-work and sponsor compliance, manage external counsel, monitor legislative changes, improve processes, support sponsorship assessments, and report on immigration operations and risk.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar position
  • Expertise in UK immigration including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, ILR, and sponsor licence management
  • Working knowledge of France, Netherlands, and Switzerland immigration jurisdictions
  • Knowledge of global business travel visa frameworks, Schengen rules, and short-term work authorization regimes
  • Knowledge of right-to-work compliance, SMS, and Home Office reporting
  • Legal qualification or OISC/IAA accreditation

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of EMEA immigration cases
  • Prepare ILR applications and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate global business travel visa requirements
  • Advise employees, managers, and HR Business Partners on immigration matters
  • Maintain right-to-work and sponsor-licence compliance
  • Manage external immigration counsel and vendors
  • Monitor legislative and policy changes across EMEA
  • Update internal immigration playbooks
  • Streamline processes and automate case tracking
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on sponsorship assessments and immigration planning
  • Produce reporting on case volumes, SLAs, spend, and compliance risk
