About the Role
You will manage employee lifecycle processes in Workday, respond to employee inquiries, maintain accurate people-system data, and support benefits administration. You will document core workflows, help maintain compliance and audit readiness, identify automation opportunities, and coordinate with Finance, BizTech, Legal, and Security to resolve process and data issues.
Requirements
- Experience using Google Suite
- Organizational, communication, prioritization, and project management skills

- Manage employee lifecycle processes in Workday, including hiring, internal job changes, and exits
- Respond to employee inquiries through the ticketing system
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits and discrepancy resolution
- Identify and implement AI and workflow automation opportunities
- Build and maintain the internal People knowledge base
- Assist with global benefits administration
- Support compliance and audit readiness
- Develop standard operating procedures, playbooks, and process documentation
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve process, program, and data issues
