About the Role
You will coordinate end-to-end monthly payroll with external vendors, reconcile payroll and maintain audit controls. You will manage employee lifecycle documentation and records, track leave reimbursements, produce payroll reporting, answer payroll queries, and support payroll operations across LATAM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of payroll processing and personnel administration experience.
- Knowledge of labor legislation, social security registration, and employee lifecycle documentation.
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, HRIS, and database experience.
- Payroll audit and financial-control experience.
- Professional English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end monthly payroll with external vendors.
- Consolidate payroll changes, review outputs, automate audit checks, and finalize closing reports.
- Reconcile payroll and maintain SOX controls and audit trails.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation, contracts, work permits, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS platforms and digital archives.
- Track medical leave reimbursements and generate payroll reporting.
- Resolve payroll and administrative queries.
- Support payroll operations across LATAM.
