About the Role
You will lead global inventory governance, warehouse operations, and material readiness across sites. You will establish standards and KPIs, improve inventory accuracy and material flow, oversee SAP inventory transactions, resolve operational issues, and lead warehouse and inventory personnel.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global inventory and warehouse strategy
- Establish warehouse and inventory standards, SOPs, KPIs, and governance
- Define policies for cycle counting, reconciliation, traceability, and inventory health
- Optimise warehouse layouts, storage systems, and material handling
- Align regional sites on execution and compliance
- Maintain visibility of inventory accuracy, stock levels, ageing, and material readiness
- Govern cycle counting and resolve discrepancies
- Resolve inventory variances, material shortages, and warehouse bottlenecks
- Ensure accurate SAP S/4HANA inventory transactions
- Govern material flow for prototype builds, engineering trials, and production ramp-up
- Align inventory availability with build schedules
- Coordinate inbound material flow and putaway with logistics
- Support urgent warehouse escalations
- Build and scale warehouse and inventory capabilities
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and inventory personnel
- Set objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations
- Act as a senior escalation point for regional teams
- Deputise for the Senior Manager WILP when required
