About the Role

You will manage and implement health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs across the United States and global locations. You will coordinate enrollment, renewals, audits, billing, filings, vendor relationships, communications, compliance reviews, and the annual open-enrollment process. You will maintain enrollment data, monitor regulations and market trends, review contracts and materials, and resolve employee questions and problems.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and developing benefits programs for a multinational company
  • Experience managing online enrollment systems and U.S. benefits compliance including 401(k)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible total rewards and benefits administration experience
  • Experience independently developing and implementing programs in global locations
  • Advanced knowledge of global health welfare and retirement benefits requirements and regulations
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Strong presentation and data analysis skills
  • Experience working in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong decision-making and influencing skills
  • Experience leading or guiding others and mentoring or educating cross-functional peers

  • Develop scalable benefits and wellness programs
  • Plan and administer health welfare and retirement plans
  • Create benefits communications for leaders and employees
  • Evaluate vendors services coverage and available options
  • Review legislation and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Oversee enrollment renewal and benefits delivery
  • Administer the U.S. benefits enrollment system and vendor data transfers
  • Manage the annual open-enrollment process
  • Manage audits census requests filings and invoice payments
  • Coordinate benefits communications
  • Resolve employee questions and problems
  • Review contracts service agreements and communication materials
  • Monitor regulations and market trends
  • Collaborate with shared-services resources on enrollment updates and problem resolution
