About the Role
Lead the Denmark country strategy and deliverables across sales, customer delivery, KPIs, and hiring. Build the B2B pipeline, manage strategic accounts, hire the founding sales and implementation team, represent the company publicly, develop partnerships, and drive major country initiatives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects
- Background in consulting and sales
- Deep expertise deploying technical products or solutions to enterprises
- Owner mentality and hands-on self-starter approach
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on leadership and results orientation
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams
- Native speaker of the local language
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Denmark country strategy
- Set sales, customer delivery, KPI, and hiring priorities
- Design the B2B sales pipeline
- Lead interactions with strategic accounts
- Hire the founding sales and implementation team
- Define event priorities for brand awareness
- Represent ElevenLabs at events and in media appearances
- Develop partner collaborations and sales opportunities
- Drive major country initiatives
