About the Role
You will prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents, coordinate with transfer parties on processes and timelines, assist with execution workflows, and collaborate with lawyers and senior paralegals on high-volume legal matters. You will build commercial and legal expertise and may progress toward qualification as a practicing legal professional.
Requirements
- Motivation to develop expertise in legal practice, compliance, contracts, or funds
- Strong organization and efficiency when managing competing deadlines
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to collaborate with lawyers, senior paralegals, and client-facing teams
- An undergraduate Law degree or equivalent is preferred
- A GDL is welcome
- Prior exposure to LP transfer processes is a plus but not required
