About the Role
You will act as the liaison between Fraud Operations, Product, Detection and Prevention, Engineering, and vendor partners. You will manage launch readiness, create business requirement documents and implementation memos, resolve operational issues, coordinate staffing and workflow changes, and turn frontline feedback into improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Program management
- Project management
- 5+ years of experience in Fraud Operations, Trust and Safety, or a related risk or operations discipline
- Knowledge of fraud typologies
- Knowledge of operational workflows for equities, crypto, and event contracts
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects

Responsibilities
- Represent Fraud Operations throughout the product development lifecycle
- Own launch readiness across people, process, and technology
- Develop and maintain business requirement documents
- Draft and circulate implementation and update memos
- Manage and resolve Fraud Operations issues
- Plan and de-risk launches with Fraud Operations leadership
- Coordinate communication across internal and external stakeholders
- Establish a vision for cross-team Fraud Operations initiatives
- Translate frontline feedback into scoped improvement initiatives
- Guide the Fraud Operations team toward continuous improvement
