About the Role
You will administer Ashby and serve as the primary contact for hiring-system questions. You will build interview plans, feedback forms, scorecards, jobs, and postings; maintain ATS data quality; support scheduling; and run Talent Operations projects. You will standardize processes, automate workflows, build reports, and improve interviewer capacity.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Ashby questions
- Create hiring-system documentation
- Build and maintain interview plans, stages, feedback forms, and scorecards
- Set up and maintain jobs and postings
- Maintain ATS data quality
- Support process changes, tooling rollouts, projects, and interview scheduling
- Standardize interview plans and job templates
- Automate manual workflows
- Build reports and improve interviewer capacity
