About the Role
You will own Trust and Safety programs from planning through execution. You will manage launch readiness, translate regulatory obligations into controls and evidence, introduce user-protection measures, lead incident programs, manage vendors, and report program metrics and progress to leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of program or technical program management experience
- 3+ years of experience in trust and safety, risk, integrity, responsible gaming, fraud, or compliance at a regulated platform
- Experience running launch risk-review processes
- Experience leading the program side of a live incident involving user harm or regulatory exposure
- Experience preparing evidence for regulators, auditors, or examinations
- Experience translating regulatory obligations into controls or procedures
- Experience building a new program
- Experience taking a vendor or partner from pilot to contract
- SQL or equivalent data analysis skills
- Experience writing decision documents
- Ability to work as the only program manager in the function
- CFTC, NFA, or exchange experience
- Responsible gaming or player-protection experience
- Crypto, DeFi, or onchain compliance experience
Responsibilities
- Own launch readiness for new products, markets, and jurisdictions
- Run go or no-go processes and secure required sign-offs
- Translate regulatory obligations into controls, procedures, and evidence
- Integrate risk reviews and user-protection requirements into product launches
- Launch and monitor self-exclusion, deposit-limit, behavioral-monitoring, and trusted-contact tools
- Run DeFi restriction programs from flagging through enforcement
- Lead the program side of Trust and Safety incidents
- Build and drill crisis playbooks
- Take partners and vendors from pilot to contract
- Own quarterly goals, weekly updates, and business reviews
- Build and run the Trust and Safety intake process
