About the Role
You will own the technical development of the Swig stack end to end, including the core protocol, Rust and TypeScript SDKs, smart contracts, identity services, and web UIs. You will maintain services, coordinate audits for critical deployments, build backend and client features, and contribute to technical partner conversations. You will work closely with the CEO on product strategy, go-to-market efforts, business development, engineering hiring, and engineering culture.
Requirements
- Demonstrated history of building systems, SDKs, and dynamic infrastructure services at scale
- Expertise in SVM and EVM, including web3.js and Solana SDK 2.0
- Experience managing complex zero-knowledge infrastructure
- Experience building an integration related to money movement
- Expertise in funds ledgering, settlement, and reconciliation
- Proficiency in Rust, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, CSS, and shell
- Prior direct management experience
Responsibilities
- Own the Swig stack end to end, including the core protocol, SDKs, identity provisioning services, and web UIs
- Maintain Swig services and coordinate audits for critical deployments
- Write backend and client code and smart contracts for new features
- Participate in technical business-development conversations with potential partners
- Serve as the engineering voice of the Swig organization
- Partner with the CEO on engineering hiring and engineering culture
