About the Role
You will lead the technical development of a platform for businesses, from architecture through implementation. You will build reusable components and APIs, develop frontend and backend features, integrate external services, and turn business requirements into secure, scalable solutions. You will estimate work, prioritize independently, participate in architectural decisions, write clean tested code, and improve security, CI/CD, and the technical stack.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience focused on end-to-end web applications
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development
- Proficiency in React and Next.js for frontend development
- Experience with modern frontend concepts, including design systems, microfrontends, server components, and state management
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, ideally PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of REST API and webhook integrations
- Familiarity with Clean Architecture, microservices, and serverless architectures
- Experience with cloud deployments using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing
- Intermediate English for documentation and tools
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of the business platform from architecture through implementation
- Design and build reusable components and APIs integrated with the existing core
- Develop frontend and backend features with a focus on performance, maintainability, and code quality
- Collaborate with product, design, business development, and engineers to turn requirements into deliverables
- Estimate effort, manage priorities, and meet commitments autonomously
- Participate in architectural decisions and evaluate frameworks, libraries, and cloud services
- Integrate external services and payment, KYC, and FX partners as needed
- Write clean, documented, and tested code
- Implement security and CI/CD best practices
- Contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement of the technical stack
