About the Role

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications. You will architect scalable frontend and backend systems, mentor developers, collaborate on technical solutions, ensure quality and performance, manage technical debt, and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • Experience building large-scale distributed systems.
  • Exposure to AI and machine learning integrations or data-driven applications.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
  • Open-source contributions or technical blogging.
  • Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with backend development using Node.js, Java, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs and GraphQL.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of system design, architecture, and microservices.
  • Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
  • Communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
