For financial institutions, Skeps provides configurable modules for credit eligibility, fraud and KYC/KYB workflows, digital cards, testing, loan origination, loan management, and multi-lender programs.

About the Role
You will lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications. You will architect scalable frontend and backend systems, mentor developers, collaborate on technical solutions, ensure quality and performance, manage technical debt, and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems.
- Exposure to AI and machine learning integrations or data-driven applications.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Open-source contributions or technical blogging.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend development using Node.js, Java, Python, or similar technologies.
- Proficiency with REST APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of system design, architecture, and microservices.
- Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
- Communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
