About the Role
You will design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications with optimal performance and a strong user experience. You will build APIs, integrate backend and frontend components, write clean and documented code, conduct code reviews, deploy applications, implement CI/CD pipelines, and help optimize architecture, scalability, and security.
Requirements
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in Full Stack Developer roles.
- Have experience working in startups or dynamic environments.
- Have backend development experience with Node.js, Go, Java, or similar languages.
- Apply good practices to deliver clean, scalable, high-quality code.
- Have experience deploying applications and implementing CI/CD pipelines using AWS, GCP, or similar platforms.
- Have problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Docker, Kubernetes, and non-relational database familiarity is a plus.
- English communication skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, React, Next.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and similar technologies.
- Define and implement robust APIs.
- Integrate backend and frontend components.
- Deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Take ownership of projects and tasks autonomously.
- Write clean, modular, well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to product requirements.
- Deploy applications and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with DevOps to optimize architecture, scalability, and security.
- Solve technical challenges autonomously and justify technical decisions and action plans.
