About the Role
You will own full stack engineering from user interfaces through APIs and data layers. You will design, develop, test, and scale web applications and backend services, define architecture and development standards, mentor engineers, and improve performance, security, data integrity, accessibility, and the developer experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional full stack software development experience
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Next.js
- Experience building server-side applications and RESTful or GraphQL APIs
- Knowledge of Node.js, Python, or Go
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, caching, and data modeling
- Experience scaling production-grade full stack web applications
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or OCI, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities
- Own engineering across the user interface, API, and data layer
- Design, develop, and test responsive web applications and scalable backend services
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching
- Define full stack architecture, API design, database schemas, and development workflows
- Build reusable frontend component libraries and modular backend services
- Improve application performance, security, data integrity, and accessibility
