About the Role

You will build and ship production real-world asset trading and lending infrastructure on Solana. You will develop on-chain programs and the surrounding indexers, keepers, APIs, SDKs, and React/TypeScript interfaces. You will work on liquidity and market-making systems, participate in code reviews and audits, and help shape the protocol architecture.

Requirements

• Experience at a crypto-native or web3 engineering team, such as a lending protocol, yield marketplace, vault infrastructure, or similar marketplace
• At least 6 years of software development experience
• At least 3 years of Rust experience with meaningful production experience on Solana
• Experience shipping and deploying Solana programs in Rust using Anchor or native programs
• Experience with order book or AMM liquidity venues, lending and borrowing protocols, or market-making systems
• Ability to own on-chain program logic and off-chain TypeScript, React, and Node services
• Understanding of Solana's account model, PDAs, CPI, transaction and compute limits, and high-throughput system tradeoffs

Responsibilities

• Influence the design and development of the Corda Protocol RWA yield marketplace for a multichain and multi-curator future
• Design and build Solana programs in Rust and Anchor for vaults, order books, AMMs, lending markets, and related liquidity infrastructure
• Build indexers, keepers, APIs, and React/TypeScript front ends for users and integrators
• Work on market-making and liquidity systems that keep venues liquid and solvent
• Participate in code review, threat modelling, and internal and external audits
• Design, implement, and optimize SDKs for integrations with exchanges, wallets, and neobanks
