About the Role
You will build and maintain client-facing APIs, internal operations tooling, stablecoin minting and redemption flows, attestation reporting, and reconciliation views. You will focus on ledger integrity, idempotency, replay safety, auditability, and production reliability while participating in shared on-call coverage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping production software with post-launch accountability
- Strong TypeScript and Node experience
- Competence with React
- Relational data skills including schema design and transactional integrity
- Experience designing APIs used by external teams
- Ability to make defensible decisions in ambiguous situations
- Discretion when accessing important systems
- Crypto experience is a plus but not required
- Experience in a regulated environment such as SOC 2 NI 31-103 PCI or OSFI-adjacent is a plus
- Experience with double-entry ledgers is a plus
- Experience integrating blockchain nodes exchange APIs or bank payment rails is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client-facing APIs and integrations
- Develop internal operations tooling for authorizing asset movements
- Implement mint redeem and attestation reporting flows
- Build partner-facing stablecoin tooling
- Maintain ledger integrity idempotency reconciliation and replay safety
- Write tests for financial correctness
- Build audit-ready systems
- Participate in shared production on-call coverage
