About the Role
You will design and develop internal applications with React, TypeScript, and Python. You will automate multi-chain asset operations, manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines, improve engineering standards, and build secure systems for digital asset treasury operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years building production systems in financial services or other high-stakes environments
- Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
- Strong fundamentals across TypeScript Python and related technologies
- Cloud and DevOps experience with GCP Kubernetes or Docker
- Strong PostgreSQL skills
- Experience with BigQuery or equivalent analytical stores
- Experience designing schemas and data models
- Experience delivering fault-tolerant systems with testing observability and HA/DR practices
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Ability to use Large Language Models to accelerate delivery
- Familiarity with crypto DeFi protocols digital asset custody or yield generation
Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications
- Automate multi-chain asset deployments and DeFi operations
- Expand CLI tooling and engineer wallet structures
- Deploy and manage systems on GCP and Kubernetes
- Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
- Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Config Connector
- Use AI tooling and coding agents in development
- Conduct code reviews and improve automated testing
- Provide technical mentorship
- Evolve the platform architecture
