About the Role
You will support the CTO through calendar and inbox management, meeting preparation, and action tracking. You will prepare keynotes, articles, and interviews, help manage strategic relationships, lead ad-hoc projects, research technology trends, and support technical partnership evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
- Initial practical experience in a startup, management consulting, or PR or social media environment
- Knowledge of AI and robotics concepts
- English and German communication skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare keynotes, guest articles, and interviews
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, experts, and stakeholders
- Manage the CTO's calendar and inbox
- Prepare meeting briefs and agendas and follow up on action items
- Lead mission-critical ad-hoc projects
- Research emerging technology trends and prepare Board-level materials
- Evaluate and facilitate strategic technical partnerships
