About the Role

You will serve as the founder’s right hand, supporting daily operations and strategic initiatives across the business. You will drive cross-functional projects, assist with board-level initiatives, manage internal operations, unblock high-priority work, and quickly structure solutions to unfamiliar problems. The role requires frequent context switching, independent ownership, and comfort working in an intense, fast-paced, unstructured environment.

Requirements

0–4 years of experience or exceptional new graduate status
Background in consulting, banking, private equity, or high-growth startups
Demonstrated ability to operate in high-performance, high-expectation environments
Strong communication, attention to detail, and professional judgment

Responsibilities

Drive key cross-functional projects, including hiring strategy, data infrastructure, and company metrics
Support board-level and strategic initiatives, including M&A, financial analysis, and planning
Own internal operations, including offsites, logistics, systems, and operating cadence
Unblock teams and advance high-priority work
Investigate unfamiliar problem spaces and develop solutions quickly
