About the Role
You will take on the challenge of turning a strong healthcare thesis into a scaled, defensible business as Founder & CEO. You'll define the product wedge, decide what the first version of the platform should focus on, and identify which clinical specialty proves return on investment fastest. You'll build the first working discharge readiness dashboard, integrating with German hospital information systems. You'll deploy at a partner hospital and prove measurable reductions in discharge delays within a matter of weeks. You'll design a pilot sales model that shortens the typical lengthy hospital procurement cycle, and you'll grow the platform vision from a discharge engine into a full hospital digital twin. Along the way, you'll build the founding team, raise capital, and establish the venture as the category leader for discharge intelligence in the DACH region. You'll get access to a ring-fenced build budget, an embedded studio team, specialist support across data science, applied AI, fundraising, legal, finance, PR and commercial partnerships, plus a dedicated network to help you get started.
Requirements
- Experienced founder or builder capable of operating from zero to one in a complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare environment
- Unique market insight or a top 1% advantage in hospital operations, health-tech SaaS, or German healthcare IT
- Proven ability to sell into risk-averse hospital procurement and navigate long enterprise sales cycles
- Strong product and technical instincts, able to reason about KIS integration, FHIR APIs, and clinical workflow automation
- Comfortable speaking with hospital CFOs, ward nurses, and IT directors
- Deep understanding of the German healthcare market
- Fluency in German
- Experience in digital health, hospital IT, or clinical workflow is a significant plus

- Define the product wedge and prioritize v1 features
- Build the first working discharge readiness dashboard integrating with German KIS systems via HL7 FHIR
- Deploy the product at a partner hospital and prove measurable reduction in discharge delays
- Design a gain-share pilot model that proves ROI and converts to SaaS
- Evolve the product from discharge engine to ward flow orchestrator to hospital digital twin

- Raise capital
- Establish the venture as the category leader for discharge intelligence in DACH
