You will own the strategic direction, commercial growth, operational excellence, and platform evolution of an advanced trading ecosystem that delivers institutional-grade trading capabilities to retail customers and professional traders alike across web and mobile environments. You will combine product strategy, trading expertise, and technology leadership to differentiate the platform as best-in-class within the European market. You will build the overarching product vision, scale the advanced trading business, and unlock long-term customer value.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience navigating trading platforms, fintech, brokerage, exchange infrastructure, or investment technology environments
- Experience leading multidisciplinary, cross-functional organizations
- Deep understanding of advanced trading systems, execution platforms, market infrastructure, and scalable technical architectures
- Deep customer and trader empathy and understanding of active trader behavior and professional trading workflows
- Track record of managing and scaling complex, revenue-generating financial products
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments with strategic prioritization and hands-on delivery
- Experience operating within regulated financial environments and navigating compliance, legal, and operational risk frameworks
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision and platform strategy across all supported asset classes
- Own the value proposition end-to-end, defining positioning, acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
- Own the complete web and mobile platform experience, driving improvements in usability, discoverability, customization, and portfolio visibility
- Partner with Engineering leadership on trading infrastructure strategy to guarantee high availability, low latency, and operational resilience
- Support critical architecture decisions and platform stability processes
- Own the prioritization and evolution of all platform-specific features, driving innovation in advanced tooling, analytics, and automation
- Drive commercial performance and revenue growth, monitoring KPIs including trading volume, active traders, retention, and customer lifetime value
- Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing multidisciplinary organization spanning Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Trading functions
- Ensure all advanced trading activities operate within regulatory frameworks, collaborating with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams
- Represent the advanced trading ecosystem within executive leadership discussions, driving investment and strategic alignment with the CEO
