About the Role
Build an autonomous AI coding agent that reasons from German clinical coding guidelines, handles ICD-10-GM and OPS codes, navigates hospital information systems, produces audit-defensible outputs, and expands into adjacent healthcare workflows.
Requirements
- Experienced founder or builder capable of operating from zero to one in enterprise health-tech or AI infrastructure.
- Unique market insight or exceptional advantage in clinical coding, hospital revenue cycle, health-tech AI, or German healthcare IT.
- Strong technical instincts regarding LLM architectures, computer-use agents, clinical NLP, and hospital system integration.
- Ability to sell to conservative hospital buyers and navigate German healthcare procurement.
- Deep understanding of the German healthcare market.
- Fluent German language skills.
Responsibilities
- Define the initial clinical specialty, KIS vendor, hospital segment, and product wedge.
- Architect an LLM and rules engine based on Deutsche Kodierrichtlinien.
- Handle ICD-10-GM and OPS codes with evidence chains.
- Deploy a computer-use agent in hospital information systems.
- Prove accuracy against the human coding baseline.
- Run retrospective analysis and convert findings into a live hospital pilot.
- Build toward BSI C5 Type 2, GDPR, and EU AI Act compliance.
- Extend the platform into billing, admissions, and clinical documentation improvement.
