About the Role
Lead the overall Poland strategy and deliverables, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting, hiring, strategic enterprise accounts, B2B pipeline development, events, public representation, partnerships, and major initiatives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects
- Background in consulting and sales
- Deep expertise in deploying technical products or solutions to enterprises
- Owner mentality
- Hands-on approach
- Self-starter attitude
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and scale high-performing teams
- Native speaker of Polish
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Poland country strategy
- Lead sales and customer delivery
- Set KPIs and manage hiring
- Design the B2B sales pipeline
- Lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts
- Hire the founding country team
- Define event priorities and brand-awareness investments
- Represent ElevenLabs at events and in media appearances
- Develop partner collaborations and sales opportunities
- Drive major initiatives in Poland
