About the Role

You will embed with strategic customers to understand their technical challenges, design and build full-stack solutions, and deliver projects from prototypes through production deployment. You will prepare project scopes and plans, provide technical guidance, collaborate with internal partners, and document reusable best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience
• Experience with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL
• Customer-facing engineering experience is highly desirable
• Experience building a product from scratch as a founder or early startup engineer is a plus

Responsibilities

• Embed with strategic customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements
• Design, architect, and develop full-stack solutions
• Prepare scopes of work and project plans for prototypes and production deployments
• Work hands-on with customer technical teams to complete projects
• Collaborate with internal partners to improve customer experiences and provide product feedback
• Contribute best practices and insights to internal knowledge bases
