About the Role

You will lead and develop Forward Deployed Engineers while overseeing delivery across strategic enterprise deployments. You will plan capacity, manage milestones and risks, provide hands-on technical guidance, establish reusable practices, and translate field learnings into product proposals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, DevOps, or data engineering with production responsibility
• Experience leading and developing engineers through management, coaching, hiring, or performance development
• Experience delivering complex technical projects in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of backend engineering, API, cloud platform, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and database technologies
• Ability to lead smaller technical workstreams and contribute to debugging or implementation
• Planning, prioritization, capacity management, and risk management skills
• Customer-facing written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with AI or LLM-powered systems is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of Forward Deployed Engineers
• Plan capacity and allocate engineers across strategic projects
• Manage delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, escalations, and stakeholder alignment
• Implement lightweight time tracking and delivery reporting
• Guide architecture and implementation decisions and unblock production issues
• Create reusable field-engineering patterns, playbooks, and standards
• Translate recurring customer needs into productization proposals
• Partner with customer engineering, security, architecture, and platform stakeholders
